I wanted to have a characters frame size have an effect on the amount injury points inflicted. The way it works is pretty straightforward. If we assume Conan has a massive frame size, on any injury result he rolls and additional 2d6 and gets to take away 2 of the highest dice rolls.
So for example lets say Conan suffers a slight cut (magenta color), instead of just rolling 1d6+1 for injury points, he gets 3d6+1, subtracting the two highest rolls.
I haven't completed the icon distribution, but a few are on there. A heart represents a fortitude check. On it they'll be a chance of instant death, stunned, and knocked out.
